Terms and conditions of rental

1. In order to avoid any accidents caused by the wrong handling of the driver, before the delivery of each vehicle, a mandatory check will first be made for the existence of the prescribed driving license as well as the driving ability of the customer in it, to establish driving ability and handling of the vehicle. If the driver is found to be unfit to drive the vehicle safely, then it will not be delivered and the booking will be cancelled. The amount that will have been charged as an advance for the reservation of the vehicle, will not be returned.

2. To drive the respective vehicle, the following minimum ages per vehicle must be met:

Scooter: 50cc- 80cc, "AM" European driving licence minimum age 18 years old Motorbike: 125cc: "A1" European driving licence, minimum age 20 years old 300cc: "A2" European driving licence, minimum age 23 660-800cc : "A" European driving licence, minimum age 25 QUAD: 200cc-300cc-400-450cc "B" European driving licence, minimum age 21 years old
